1.About these terms

This website is operated by Flech (“Flech”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2.Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to:

• break any law or regulation that applies to you when you use the site;
• interfere with the site or its security, or try to reach systems or data you are not authorised to reach;
• submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
• use automated means to collect content from the site at a volume that burdens it, or to send automated signups;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code.

We may restrict or end access to the site for anyone who does not follow these terms.

3.The waitlist

Joining the waitlist tells us you would like to hear about Flech and be considered for early access. It is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

Joining does not guarantee access, a place in any programme, a particular timeline, or any particular features or pricing. We decide who is invited and when.

We will use the details you give us to contact you about Flech. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@flech.ai. How we handle those details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4.Product information

The site describes a product that is still being built. Descriptions of what Flech does or will do are our current intentions, not commitments. Features, availability and timing may change, and nothing on the site is an offer to supply a product or service.

5.Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Flech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. “Flech” and the Flech mark are our brand.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or use its content for commercial purposes, or use our name or mark, without our written permission.

6.Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about Flech, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without owing you anything. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

7.Third-party links and services

The site may link to websites or rely on services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8.Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

Nothing on the site is professional advice.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10.Changes

We may change or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the updated terms apply from the moment they are posted. If you keep using the site after that, you accept them.

11.General

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Flech is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
